Become a Commis Chef in our Parks, Hotels, and Disney Village restaurants, on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract.

Your contributions:

• Contribute to and prepare the full range of recipes offered in our table-service and buffet restaurants, while following technical sheets and Disneyland Paris quality standards.

• Always apply HACCP rules and report any malfunction or issue.

• Maintain your workstation and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Your strengths:
You hold a culinary CAP diploma or have at least 3 months of experience in plated-service dining, ideally in a high-volume environment.

You have a good command of basic culinary techniques, including preliminary preparations, slicing and cutting techniques, cooking methods, preparing garnishes and sauces, and plating dishes.

You rigorously apply food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP requirements, cold and hot chain compliance, stock management, traceability, cleaning procedures, and forward-flow practices.

You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with kindness in a multicultural and international environment.

You have a B1 level of French, enabling you to communicate effectively with your colleagues.

You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays, with schedules that may range from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
