Join our dynamic team at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort as a Business Systems Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in managing product release lifecycles and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms that enhance guest experiences. As part of our Digital Development and Architecture team, you will contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of entertainment and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end product release management, ensuring timely deployment aligned with business and operational needs.
- Utilize release management tools to oversee internal and customer-facing web application releases.
- Manage the system engineering team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
- Oversee daily incident management and fulfillment request processes, ensuring timely resolution and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Application, Development, Architecture, QA, Operations, System Engineering, and Lines of Business to gather feedback and continuously improve release procedures and daily operations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or release delivery.
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of digital product development lifecycle and operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse technology teams.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
