About the Role & Program
The DTC Tier 1 Operations Team is seeking a high-performing Strategic Operations Intern to support and enhance the execution of core operational initiatives across quality assurance, data intelligence, and cross-functional communications.
This internship is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and continuous improvement within a high-velocity, consumer-focused operations environment. The ideal candidate is not only operationally minded but also strategically curious, eager to understand the “why” behind processes and contribute to their evolution.
This internship is designed not just to provide support — but to multiply impact. By assisting with high-leverage, process-driven tasks from full-time team members, the intern enables increased focus on strategic priorities, innovation, and cross-functional alignment. In turn, the intern gains real-time exposure to how elite operations teams think, plan, and execute — preparing them for future roles in business operations, program management, or corporate strategy.
