Associate Product Manager

“We Power the Magic!” That’s our motto at Disney Experiences Technology. Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. 

We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience for all technology led initiatives across the Room and Ticket Packages eCommerce space. 

What You’ll Do 

• Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Disney Guests. 

• Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content updates and on call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed. 

• Support with maintaining the feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks. 

• Contributes to developing the go to market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.

• Assists with translating the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases. 

• Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision. 

• Assists with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with leadership audiences and partners across the organization. 

• Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Disney Experiences Technology Platforms, including mobile apps and websites. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Ability to build and maintain websites, manage daily updates, troubleshoot issues, and integrate with multiple back-end systems. 

• Experience or knowledge in digital product development, including user gap assessments, ideation, writing detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, and driving go-to-market efforts. 

• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, business, and technical disciplines. 

• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and in leading both in-person and virtual meetings. 

• Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. 

• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in work product delivery. 

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and natural sense of urgency.

• Empathetic toward the Guest/consumer experience, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving thoughtful solutions. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with content management systems (CMS), including GoPub and AEM, from basic content updates to advanced page implementations. 

• Experience estimating project costs and level of effort required for delivery. 

• Skilled in Agile methodologies, including leading and participating in scrum ceremonies, and proficient in MyJira for ticket writing, tracking, and reporting.
